RETURNS

TOM RIPLEY offers free returns within 30 days of receiving the goods for a full refund of the purchase price, provided you use the return service of our logistics partner UPS. Please use the return label that we included with your delivery and also note the reasons for your return on the return card. Once we have received the package and your return has been checked, we will initiate the refund.

We can only accept items with original packaging and attached tags. Worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged goods will also not be accepted for return.

The refund will be issued via the payment method chosen at the time of purchase and includes sales tax, but no shipping or customs costs. Please note that the refund may take 10 to 15 business days, depending on your card provider.
