If you don't receive the gift voucher, please check your spam folder, as voucher emails may occasionally end up there accidentally.

The voucher is valid for three years from the date of purchase. A cash payment is not possible. Once the voucher code has been used, it is no longer transferable to other people. If there is any remaining amount left after the voucher has been redeemed, it will be credited to the respective customer account and automatically offset against a later order.

There are no additional processing fees for gift vouchers.
